The Purrmania woolys are cat toys made of robust, 3 mm thick felt made from 100% sheep's wool.

The felt surface slides beautifully across smooth floors - when your cat isn't rolling around on it, because the cute circle is filled with a great portion of our great Matatabi leaves. Matatabi is a particularly effective cat herb that often even seduces cats that don't react to catnip at all. It triggers a euphoric reaction (the so-called catnip response), a real high for cats. The cats sniff, roll around on it, rub themselves against it. Matatabi sticks have long been known as dental care, but what many people don't know is that all parts of the Matatabi plant are tempting for cats and that's why we use the pure dried leaves for our cuddly cushions.

Similar to catnip and valerian, the euphoric effect lasts for a wide range of lengths of time, from a few minutes to a maximum of half an hour. Your cat will then be "immune" to the temptation for a varying length of time, from a few hours to the next day.

In contrast to catnip or valerian, Matatabi contains a whole cocktail of substances that (most) cats really love, so it's no wonder that Matatabi has always been one of the most popular cat toys in its native Asia. Matatabi is a 100% natural product! It contains components of Actinidia polygama, the silver vine, also known as Japanese catnip.

Like all purrmania toys, love spot is made by hand with great care and love in Purrmania's Berlin factory. Playing strengthens the bond between humans and animals. For some cats, toys made of felt are so much "real prey" that they will do anything to dismantle them. Of course, as small predators, cats are physically capable of completely dismantling prey if they want to. Felt is a robust natural material, but not indestructible. If your cat wants to destroy the toy, exchange it for a treat; natural felt is not intended for consumption either.
