After receiving your goods, you have 14 days to decide at your leisure whether you would like to keep your items.

Important: The item must be returned to us in its original packaging. Labels attached to the products must not be removed. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount.

Please note that food and snacks as well as hygiene products are excluded from returns. Also excluded from returns are items from Zeeland Dog as well as the Hyggebed, as these are custom-made products requiring many hours of manual labor.

You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.

NO PRINTER NECESSARY - IT'S THAT EASY

1. Register return

Use the Dogsmopolitan return portal for returns. Here you can easily process your return online using your order number and email address and book your return label.

2. Pack items securely

Please send the goods back in their original packaging and in a suitable shipping box.

3. Send package

You will receive a QR code, which you can scan with your smartphone at a DHL Packstation or show at a DHL package shop. Of course, you can also print your return label the traditional way and stick it on your package.

4. Refund

As soon as your return has reached us, it will be checked. If everything is OK, the purchase amount for the returned items will be refunded to you within 5 working days using the same payment method you used.
