After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your items.
Important: The item must be returned to us in its original packaging . Labels attached to the products must not be removed. For used items, we reserve the right to retain part of the refund amount.

Please note that food, snacks and hygiene products cannot be exchanged. Items from Zeeland Dog and the Hyggebed are also excluded from exchange, as they are custom-made and require many hours of craftsmanship.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

NO PRINTER NEEDED - IT'S THAT EASY

1. Register return

Use the Dogsmopolitan returns portal for returns. Here you can easily process your return online using your order number and email address and book your return label.

2. Pack items securely

Please return the goods in the original packaging and in a suitable shipping box.

3. Send package

You will receive a QR code that you can scan with your smartphone at a DHL Packstation or show at a DHL parcel shop. Of course, you can also print out your return label the traditional way and stick it on your package.

4. Reimbursement

As soon as we receive your return, we will check it. If everything is OK, you will be refunded the purchase price for the returned items within 5 working days using the method you paid for them.
