If your dog is not convinced after 100 nights: No problem. We will take the Hyggebed back and refund the full purchase price.

The 100-day trial sleep begins on the delivery date and applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal as well as your statutory warranty rights.
What conditions apply to using the trial sleep?
Hygienically impeccable condition:
The Hyggebed must be in a clean condition – free of stains, dog hair, and odors. Tip: Use your own blanket for the trial period. This protects the fabric and helps your dog settle in through the familiar scent.
Please do not wash:
Please do not wash the Hyggebed yourself before a potential return.
Initial order:
The extended trial sleep applies once per customer.
No discount returns:
Returns for the purpose of obtaining a subsequent discount are excluded.
Size exchange:
The trial sleep is not intended for subsequent size exchanges. Feel free to use our size advisor before purchasing or let our customer service advise you.
Return shipping costs:
The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer.
Cleaning fee:
Should professional cleaning or refurbishment be necessary due to soiling, hair, or odors, we will charge a flat fee of €150.00.
Damages:
If the Hyggebed is returned damaged (e.g., tears or holes), we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly or retain the full purchase price.
