A. Revocation Instruction
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation under the following conditions, where consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Viola Jeschke, Dogsmopolitan, Belsenstraße 15, 40545 Düsseldorf, Germany, Tel.: 0211-4363 7473, Email: hallo@dogsmopolitan.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, although this is not mandatory.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. Returns can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the production requires an individual selection or determination by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
ATTENTION Order HYGGEBED: As each HYGGEBED is a custom-made product involving many hours of craftsmanship, it is excluded from exchange.
ATTENTION Order Zeeland Dog: As Zeeland Dog items are custom-made products involving many hours of craftsmanship, they are excluded from exchange.
Linked/Financed Transactions
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if our involvement in financing is evident. If we have received the loan when the revocation becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender shall step into our rights and obligations under the financed contract vis-à-vis you. This does not apply if the present contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you want to avoid contractual obligations as much as possible, exercise your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are entitled to do so.
