General shipping information:

Due to the size and weight of the items, shipping costs for orders of a Hyggebed to foreign countries are higher. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page for your country.

Please check your shipping address. In the event of any returns due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs will be charged again for the second delivery.

Special notes on international shipping:

For orders to a non-EU country (e.g., Switzerland):

Customs duties & import taxes apply and must be borne by the customer. These are not displayed in the ordering process but must be paid directly to the shipping service provider upon delivery of the package.

Furthermore, due to ongoing customs issues & the significant additional effort involved in shipping to non-EU countries, we have decided not to refund the VAT applicable in Germany, even if customs documents can be provided.
