For orders to a third EU country (e.g. Switzerland):

Customs duties and import taxes apply here, which are to be paid by the customer. They are not displayed in the ordering process, but must be paid directly to the shipping service provider when the package is handed over.

In addition, due to the ongoing customs problems and the considerable additional effort involved in shipping to a non-EU country, we have decided not to refund the VAT applicable in Germany, even if customs receipts can be presented.
