Your country is not listed? Send us a message at hallo@dogsmopolitan.de

Attention:

For orders to a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland), customs duties & import taxes apply, which must be borne by the customer. They are not displayed during the ordering process but must be paid directly to the shipping service provider upon parcel delivery.

Furthermore, due to ongoing customs issues & the significant additional effort involved in shipping to a non-EU country, we have decided not to refund the VAT applicable in Germany, even if customs documents can be provided.

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order. For orders of €75.00 or more, we ship within Germany free of charge.

Special notes on international shipping:

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price. Due to the size and weight of the Hyggebed, shipping costs for international orders are higher. The shipping costs for your country will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart after you enter your address.

We look forward to your visit to our dog shop. We want you and your four-legged friend to feel right at home with us. Browsing, sniffing, and laughing are explicitly encouraged – there's also delicious coffee, treats, and a nice chat to go with it!

At DOGSMOPOLITAN, you won’t find anything that’s available in big chain stores. Instead, you’ll find: Many different trendy labels from all over the world – whether from the USA, England, Australia, the Netherlands, and especially from small manufacturers in Germany that create authentic products without a lot of bells and whistles – and all with plenty of love for dogs.

Additionally, you will find: A BARF shop: BARF from species-appropriate animal husbandry. The Dogsmopolitan snack bar for a mixed bag of chew treats for your darling. Cool, individual toys. Chic leashes & collars. Heavenly beds & cushions. Really good care products. And of course: healthy dog food (wet and dry)

Of course! Let us know your wishes and plans, and we will put together a private shopping tour with individual advice after store hours. Treat yourself to our private shopping offer alone or with friends/small groups, such as your dog school classmates. You will get to know the history of DOGSMOPOLITAN and perhaps discover a thing or two you hadn't noticed before.

Simply send us an email at hallo@dogsmopolitan or call us at +49 (0)173-418 72 56. We are happy to offer you the opportunity for an individual consultation after store hours.

We are also happy to guide you through our product range virtually. Book a free private shopping appointment now so that we can take a virtual tour of the Dogsmopolitan store together via FaceTime or WhatsApp.
