For orders to a non-EU country (e.g. Switzerland), customs duties and import taxes apply, which must be borne by the customer. They are not displayed during the checkout process, but are to be paid directly to the shipping service provider upon parcel delivery.

Furthermore, due to ongoing customs issues and the significant additional effort involved in shipping to a non-EU country, we have decided not to refund the German VAT, even if customs documents can be provided.

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order. For orders of €75.00 or more, we ship within Germany free of charge.
