Danger:
For orders to a third country in the EU (e.g. Switzerland), customs duties and import taxes apply, which must be paid by the customer. They are not displayed in the ordering process, but must be paid directly to the shipping service provider when the package is handed over.
Furthermore, due to the ongoing customs problems and the considerable additional effort involved in shipping to a non-EU country, we have decided not to refund the VAT applicable in Germany, even if customs receipts can be presented .
For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros per order . For orders over 75.00 euros we ship free of charge within Germany.
Due to the size and weight, the shipping costs for international orders of a Hyggebed are higher. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page for your country.
ATTENTION: Please check your shipping address. If you return an item due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs will be charged again for the second shipment.

After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your items. Important: The item must be returned to us in its original packaging .
Labels attached to the products must not be removed. For used items, we reserve the right to retain part of the refund amount.
Please note that food, snacks and hygiene products cannot be exchanged. Items from Zeeland Dog and the Hyggebed are also excluded from exchange, as they are custom-made and require many hours of craftsmanship.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

At DOGSMOPOLITAN you won't find anything that you can find in large chains.
